Ohio’s most challenging ultra marathon, the Shawnee Trail Run features a 50 Mile, 50K and 13.1 Mile loop through Ohio’s remote wilderness.

With over 11,000 feet of elevation gain and mostly one consecutive 50 mile loop the Shawnee 50 will likely be known as Ohio’s hardest ultra marathon. With some of the most secluded wilderness and most rugged terrain in the Midwest, the Shawnee 50 will be a good old fashion pure and authentic ultra marathon. You’ll be challenged both physically and mentally by the rugged terrain and remoteness, and we think that’s exactly how trail and ultra marathon running should be.

The 50K boasts over 6,500 feet of elevation gain in one pure loop. You’ll run through the most remote and rugged locations in Ohio.
