Choose from a 10K, 5K, or Stroll and help raise awareness for the 1 in 26 people who will be diagnosed with epilepsy during their lifetime.

Hosted by South Carolina Advocates For Epilepsy (S.A.F.E.), this inaugural event supports statewide programs that educate communities, provide resources for individuals and families living with epilepsy, and advocate for a better future for everyone affected by the condition.
