Runnin’ Against MS (RAMS) 5K

The Runnin’ Against MS 5K will take place at Stephens Lake Park in Columbia, MO. Check-In will begin at 9am and the race will begin at 10am. If you go to early packet pick up, you will just need to make sure you arrive at the race by 9:45 AM. Due to limited parking at the park, we encourage you to carpool with friends! There is also addition parking in the Boone Hospital Lot.

Rockin’ Against Multiple Sclerosis (RAMS) is a philanthropic organization dedicated to raising money and awareness for people with multiple sclerosis in the Columbia community. One hundred percent of our proceeds go to the MS Institute here in Columbia to provide supplies and equipment that help ease the hardships that often come with having MS. Let’s Run Against MS!
