Run to Remember Tristin Memorial 5K

The Run to Remember Tristin is a heartfelt community event dedicated to honoring the life and memory of Tristin Franklin. Tristin was a local 15 year old cross-county and track runner and we would like to honor him by raising funds to help fulfill his dream of a local track available to Cheatham county athletes. Our goal is to support local athletes by building a track and creating a scholarship fund.

This special day will feature a 5k run and a 1-mile fun run at Pleasant View Community Park, bringing together friends & family to celebrate Tristin’s enduring legacy. This is a combination Road and Cross-country course.

About the Event
In addition to celebrating Tristin’s life, this event is also a fundraiser to raise money for the Tristin Franklin Foundation, an organization with the mission to support and equip Cheatham County student athletes. All proceeds from the races will go directly to the Tristin Franklin Foundation, where the money will help with scholarships for student athletes in Cheatham County, and eventually lead to the construction of a track in, with many more plans in mind to honor Tristin. The 5k will be timed, while the 1-mile will not be.
