Run in the Dark San Francisco

Every November, as darkness sweeps the globe, thousands of people from over 50 cities will pull on their running shoes and red flashing armbands and hit the streets to Run in the Dark. Join us in San Francisco to Run in the Dark and support our ongoing research to find a cure for paralysis in our lifetime. The start and finish line will be located at the HiDive Bar, San Francisco Pier 28 – 30, Embarcadero (at Bryant) and the route is as follows: HiDive Bar to Ferry Building to AT&T Park back to HiDive Bar.

Your $30 donation will play a big part in helping the Mark Pollock Trust to reach its $600,000 fundraising aim. Every donation, every step, every study, moves us towards a cure for paralysis and enabling people to walk again.

Unbroken by blindness in 1998, Mark Pollock suffered a catastrophic spinal cord injury in 2010 that left him paralysed. As Mark strives to walk again, his most complex journey is ahead of him – to find a cure for paralysis for him and the millions of paralysed people around the world. The Run in the Dark plays a vital role in funding The Mark Pollock Trust’s mission to find and connect people around the world to fast-track a cure for paralysis.
