Come. Race. Eat Pancakes. The Run for the Hs 5k is a youth-organized 5k race to benefit Shawnee County 4-H.

It is an out-and-back course that starts on the Southeast corner of the Stormont Vail Events Center and runs along the Shunga Trail. The event will be timed by Red Dirt Racing.

The 4 Hs of 4-H are Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. In this event, you will be running for all of the Hs.

Race registration includes a t-shirt and a ticket to the Shawnee County 4-H Pancake Feed.
