Both the Rock the Run for Muscular Dystrophy 5K and 1 mile walk start in the plaza and head out Stinard Ave to Springfield Lake Drive. Around on Main Street the 5k course keeps going; ​the 1 milers turn back into the plaza. T-shirts and medals included while supplies last!
