Rock, Paper, Run 5K

The Central Arkansas Library System and the North Little Rock Public Library System have partnered to create the Rock, Paper, Run 5K to celebrate Library Card Sign-up Month. This family fun run/walk 5K will connect the two library systems beginning in Little Rock, leaving from the steps of the CALS Main Library and ending in North Little Rock at William F. Laman Library.

Following the race, a Library Card Sign-up Cool Down party will take place at Laman Plaza. Runners and spectators are encouraged to dress up as their favorite book characters.

All participants will receive a 3D printed medal featuring the Rock Paper Run 5K logo. 

Trolley service will run from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. providing free rides between Laman Library and Main Library for anyone who has parked at the race start and needs transportation back to their vehicle.
