Relay & Run for 21

The Relay and Run for 21 – held each year near World Down Syndrome Day – raises money for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis and DADS Community Outreach Fund. The 21 represents the third 21st chromosome, and 21 kilometers is the approximate distance for a half marathon.

Events include a 21K (half marathon), a 21K 3-person relay, 7K run and 2.1K walk. The half course will feature three loops through the streets of Clayton and U-City, with the start, finish and relay exchanges all taking place at Clayton High School. ​Race amenities include a race shirt, finisher medal, finish line food and more.
