The Queen of Prussia 10k presented by Main Line Health is an all women’s, high quality, running event. The race will begin and end at King of Prussia’s Town Center, where outdoor shopping, dining, and now running meet.

This is a race for women, organized BY local women. Every detail will be taken care of to ensure a memorable day for you and your BRFs (best running friends). This is not just a race, but an experience.
