Project 26.20

There may be a lot of uncertainty going around this year but we know one thing for sure, we love running! We are all in this together so let’s get 26.20 out of 2020.

From the organizers of CIM, Project 26.20 will be hosting an in-person Marathon and Half Marathon along the American River Parkway.

During registration, runners will select their desired starting wave. Waves are limited to 50 runners, will be staggered 20 minutes apart, and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. If your desired wave is full, you are able to register for any other open wave.

Race Cutoff Times – Marathon: 7 hours; Half-Marathon: 3 hour and 15 minutes.

Due to health and safety precautions, we ask our runners to be semi-self reliant with their fueling and hydration needs during the race. However, the Project 26.20 Marathon offers 10 aid stations with limited amenities including water and nuun Performance. CLIF Gel Shots will be available at bib pick-up only.

All staff, volunteers and participants will sign an agreement detailing the SRA COVID-19 health and safety policies and practices.
