Polar Dash – Chicago

All races will start at Arvey Field in Grant Park, Chicago.

The Mt. Everest Challenge is 3 races in one morning (Half + 5K + 1800m). The Yeti Challenge is 3 races in one morning (10K + 5K + 1800m). Distances will all have separate starting times. You will run one race and it will bring you directly back to the starting line area. The challenging part is depending on your pace is how long your wait will be between races. A faster runner will have a longer break. A slower runner will have a shorter break or sometimes no break at all. After completing all races you will then get your Mt. Everest Challenge medal. You will earn 4 medals in total (3 distances & 1 Challenge).
