Phantom Trail Half Marathon, 10K & Monster Mile

The Phantom Trail Race is working in collaboration with the Alzheimers Association CT Chapter to help raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimers Association. All proceeds from the race will go directly to the Alzheimers Association.

The Trail Half Marathon and 10K are timed races and will begin at 9am. The one mile monster run begins at 8:30am and is for kids from 1 to 99. Awards for the best costumes. All registered athletes will receive a t-shirt, finishing medal and swag.

This is a 100% trail run running through the Winding Trails Nature Preserve. It is a double loop course. The trails are not technical, which makes it a good first-time trail half marathon. It will be a fast race for more experienced trail runners. There are some climbs and single track. Themed aid stations every three miles, with hydration and snacks. Post-race party with local food and beer. There are bathrooms as the start and finish area.

There is a course limit of 3 hours for the half marathon and 90 minutes for the 10K.
