The Oregon Fast On Flat Event features tough events – you will be tougher when you are finished. You may participate in one of the following events:

• Fast On Flat Marathon Relay with 2 – 5 team-member teams
• Fast On Flat BQ Marathon
• Fast On Flat Elite marathon
• Fast On Flat 5k Invitational

The Oregon FAST ON FLAT Event course is on the Portland International Raceway speed track – no gravel, no dirt, no motorcycles, no barkdust, no policemen, no race cars, or big trucks.

You own the track today. The track has been measured, and cones have been placed to assure a 2.0-mile track. The public-address system works around the entire course. Mr. Emcee will keep all participants informed of the top runners and boarders.

Course lengths:

• The BQ Marathon is 13 laps plus 0.2 miles.
• The 5k PR Challenge is a lap and a half
• The Marathon Relay is your chance to run with 2, 3, 4, or 5 other runners – your personal course length will vary depending on how many laps you run for your team.
