The Oneness Run proudly presents the annual Oneness 5K Run/Walk!

A 10K race has been added for competitive runners as well, and the course is certified by USATF. Competitive runners, please be sure to sign up for the Timed Bib.

Enjoy running and walking through the scenic Deer Grove Forest Preserve as you get your nature fix!  There will be water stations on the course.  

Light food and drinks will be available to participants at the finish line.

Oneness Run is a registered non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3). Each year, we host a 10K/5K Run/Walk event that unites surrounding communities in a spirit of harmony and solidarity. The funds we raise are dedicated to Oneness education initiatives, fostering unity among communities, assisting underprivileged youth in multiple schools, and advocating for healthy, active lifestyles.

Oneness Run promotes a healthy lifestyle, healthy food will be available after the race.
