On the Run Wellness 5K

Get ready to lace up your running shoes for an exciting summer 5k event in Minnesota! Following the trail around the Bde Maka Ska lake in Minneapolis – we’ve mapped out a 5k course that starts and ends near Thomas Beach. Run, walk or jog before enjoying local food, music and community connections.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this in-person event is perfect for everyone. Challenge yourself and push your limits! The best part? All proceeds will go toward local programs providing mental health and wellness resources to women and children.

Through the spirit of running, we aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health, foster a sense of unity, and raise funds to ensure that women have access to the wellness services they need.
