Olmsted Spirit 5K

Since 1998 the Olmsted Spirit 5k Run/Walk has been part of the Olmsted Community and we are happy to be back for our 23rd year!

The mission is to bring together the Olmsted and surrounding communities for a fun morning of activity and fellowship. The proceeds we raise from our annual 5k along with a few other events throughout the year are donated to our Olmsted Spirit Scholarship Fund. Last year we were grateful to award 12 Olmsted Falls High School graduates who gave back and served their community each a $1,000 scholarship. This year our goal is to award 14 OFHS graduates $1,000 scholarships.

One unique aspect of the race route where running through one of the Olmsted Township Fire Department Bay Doors! This year we will offer the same route! The full 5K run as well as the walk will start and finish at the Olmsted Falls Middle School. The 2-mile walk takes you to the top of the Fitch Road Overpass and back to the school and the 5K takes you to the Olmsted Township Fire Department and back to the school.
