October Half Marathon & Races

The annual October Half Marathon & Races will consist of a 13.1 mile run, 10k run and a 5k walk, starting and finishing at the Hollidaysburg Area YMCA.

The Half Marathon race is challenging with rolling hills accentuating the course. We will have cones, signs and road marshals, however, it is your responsibility as a racer to familiarize yourself of the course. The markings will be in white with a “1/2”. Course is NOT closed to traffic so please be aware of your surroundings at all times. There will be a port-a-john on the course at about the 2 ½ mile/10 ½ mile markers. Water stations will be available roughly every 2 miles. We will also provide gels at the mile 8 water station.
