They switched dates, starting time a week before, and changed terms requiring a bib pickup at a NYC site M/W/F before the race a week before and did not mail the bib after requested and they advertised to do so. They are not truthful nor are they organized. We were unable to secure a refund, as it was impossible for us to make changes as we flew in from California and were staying in Philadelphia.
