NYC Cupcake Run

The NYC Cupcake Run is a challenge in which participants aim to complete a 5 kilometer (3.1 mile) run while stopping to eat three cupcakes at checkpoints throughout the course. This annual event will take place in Astoria Park and is open to people of all ages.

In a food obsessed metropolis where people are always on the run, putting together an event which pays tribute to some of the city’s defining characteristics seemed like a no-brainer. So grab your appetite and running shoes & join!

A portion of the proceeds from the race will benefit New York Cares.
