Northland 5K for Food Allergy

Round up your family and friends and join ALEIA Project for the Northland 5K for Food Allergy! Race will begin at 8 AM at Leif Erikson Park in Duluth, MN. This is a chip-timed run/walk event. It is an out-and-back course and follows the Lakewalk toward Canal Park with the turn-around point just before the lighthouse. See course map below for further information. There will be awards for the top runners and prize drawings for everyone registered! T-shirts will be guaranteed to 5K participants who register by May 1st.

Additionally, after the 5K, there will be a short Kids Fun Run. The run will be approximately 400 meters and run a circle around Leif Erikson Park.

Allergy-conscious food/beverages will be enjoyed after the event. Additionally, there will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business/product info and samples to take home, as well as representation from the Duluth Fire Fighters and EMT staff.
