Join the party to kick off the new year’s fitness goals with a few hundred friends in the most social running event you’ll ever find.
Held on the 442-meter indoor track at the Utah Olympic Oval, the New Year’s Revolution Run gives runners, walkers and everyone in between a 5-hour window to complete as many laps as they can.
Walk a 5K? That’s a great way to start a training program.
Hustle through a Half Marathon? That’s just 47 laps. You got this!
Need a short 26.2 mile workout to keep your winter training on pace for your spring 100 miler? This is your race!
With chip timing recording each lap, we keep track of all the running and tally up your distance. While this is a race, it’s more about YOU than the field. We’ll reward those who run the most laps with prizes, but this is your race so you do you!
Want to sleep in a little bit, but still run a half marathon? No problem, we give you a 5-hour window for your race. Arrive at 10:30 a.m. and you still have two and a half hours to complete the half marathon. Your clock and lap count does not start until you cross the start line.
All participants will receive a finishers medal, tech running shirt, a fully supported aid station, Olympic quality air, lovely clean restrooms, post-race snacks and goodies and lots of friendly faces.
