This was a one-time only half marathon to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Ford Mustang. The race was held on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway racetrack, so it wasn’t scenic – just laps around the course. But it was fun to be on the track. The day started very chilly, but warmed up quickly as the sun rose. It was a fun atmosphere and a lot of support from the race team. The medal was the mustang logo and being a one-time only run I didn’t want to miss it.

This was a one-time only half marathon to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Ford Mustang. The race was held on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway racetrack, so it wasn’t scenic – just laps around the course. But it was fun to be on the track. The day started very chilly, but warmed up quickly as the sun rose. It was a fun atmosphere and a lot of support from the race team.
