Mill Cities Relay

The Mill Cities Relay is an invitational event that is open to all members of the following clubs that are part of the Mill Cities Alliance: Andover Striders, Borderline Running Club, Gate City Striders, Gil’s Athletic Club, Greater Derry Track Club, Greater Lowell Road Runners, Greater Manchester Running Club, Melrose Running Club, Merrimack Valley Striders, Mystic Runners, North Medford Club, North Shore Striders, Sandown Rouge Runners, Shamrock Running Club, Sole Sisters Running Club, Somerville Road Runners, Squannacook River Runners, TriFury, Wicked Running Club, Whirlaway Racing Team, and Winners’ Circle Running Club.

THE START: 8:00 AM Sharp! For all teams except female seniors (50+), female veterans (60+) super veterans (70+) who will participate in our Sunshine Start.

START LOCATION – at the Eagles Wing Function Hall in Nashua, NH.

SUNSHINE START: Female veterans (60+). coed veteran (60+) and super veterans (70+) teams will run the final 3 legs of the relay (3 person team). These teams will start at 8:45 AM sharp from the second exchange point at Greater Lowell Regional Technical High School on Rte. 113 in Tyngsboro.

THE CATEGORIES: Each relay team consists of five runners, female veterans, coed veterans and super veterans that consists of three runners. There are fifteen categories.
