I got the bug to sign up for an Olympic-distance triathlon while watching the Paris Olympics…and what better timing that race was being held on the day that the Olympics wrapped up! While I was nowhere near matching their speed, there was plenty of cheering and support along the course for people of all abilities. This race prides itself on having the best finish for the ultra participants who come in. I appreciate that even though I was doing a shorter distance. This race will be top of mind when I want to do the longer (half/ultra) distance triathlons.

I got the bug to sign up for an Olympic-distance triathlon while watching the Paris Olympics…and what better timing that race was being held on the day that the Olympics wrapped up!
