Memorial Day Run & March

Colorado Veterans Project is set to host the annual Memorial Day Run & March, which will raise funds and collect non-perishable food donations for local veterans experiencing homelessness. Athletes may participate in a 5K, 10K or 30K run, or choose to ruck march.

The Memorial Day Run & March invites civilians, Veterans, and uniformed Military to challenge themselves in friendly competition while helping feed homeless Veterans. Fill your rucksacks or backpacks with 25 pounds of nonperishable foods and set off on a 5, 10, or 30K route. When finished, empty your bags and help us raise food to feed Colorado’s homeless Veterans. If you’re at the in-person event, we will take the food from you at the end. If you’re participating virtually, you can drop off your donations at one of our many drop-off locations.

We have partnered with the Special Forces Foundation in order to make this event as memorable as possible.

Proceeds from your registration (and donations!) go directly to helping Colorado Veterans.
