This course is a good choice for anyone looking for a close knit, small town race. It was well organized, with a pasta dinner provided by the organizers, early packet pick-up, food at the finish, and plenty of water/ gel/ Gatorade stops. The beaches on the northern neck are gorgeous (the marathon route travels to 3 of them) and the course is SUPER flat for those looking to run a PR!
