Mass Extinction Elimination Endurance Challenge

You might have tackled an endurance challenge before but I promise you that you have not done one like this. The race will start at 7AM at Old Bailes rd. Park and will traverse the 1.1 mile loop around. There will be prizes for those you complete 20 loops and 40 loops and a tremendous prize for anyone who can complete 60 loops. There will be an aid station set up at the start/finish area with bathrooms, food, water, electrolyte drinks and a party all day long. There is a twist to this race. Each lap you will need to get faster. Just like the dinosaurs you will have to adapt to survive or go extinct.

Every lap will begin together and you will have an allotted time to finish each lap, you get back early?, Great, take a break or do whatever but be ready to go out again when the buzzer sounds. The race will get harder though because we will take 9 seconds off each lap forcing you to get faster each time. If you fail to make it back to that start/finish before the beginning of the next loop you will be eliminated. This is a true “Survival of the fittest” race. Who will survive?

All proceeds from the race will go towards Greenway access improvement effort.
