Longmont Heart Throb 5K

The start and finish for the Longmont Heart Throb is on the east side of the park, by the pavilion.

All 3W Events maintain a cup-free finish area. Bring your own water bottle. At the finish line, there will be no cups. You can leave your water bottle at the finish/start area, or in your car, as parking is very close to the finish line. There are no water stations on the 5k course.

The Longmont Heart Throb Run is hosting a FOOD DRIVE for OUR Center (Outreach United Resource). Everyone who brings 5 non-perishable items to the food drive on race day will be entered to win great prizes such as tech tees, gift certificates, and more.
