Nieuwpoort Marathon
The Nieuwpoort Marathon is the grand finale of Long Course Weekend Belgium – but also a memorable running event in its own right. Set in the heart of the Flemish coast, the races lead you through the picturesque polders, open landscapes, and charming maritime scenery of Nieuwpoort and its surroundings.
Runners can choose from four distances – 5KM, 10KM, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon – offering something for everyone, from casual joggers to experienced long-distance athletes.
Every race finishes in style – on the vibrant red carpet at the buzzing LCW Festival Square, with cheering crowds and music pushing you through the final stretch.
Along the route, you’ll pass historic landmarks like the Albert I Monument, adding a touch of heritage to every step. And for the youngest athletes, the Kids’ Run brings all the energy and excitement of the big event – in a size just for them.
