I happened to be in Lima, the full marathon was sold out and I ran the half.
It’s a big event, well organized.
The kit pick up was far from the center. The expo is good by Latin American standards, but few vendors and almost no free stuff comparing to the US/Europe. There was live music which was good.
The race is in Miraflores, the most popular tourist neighborhood.
Lima is definitely worth visiting. If you come: try the famous food and swim with the sea lions.

It’s a big event, well organized.
