Get ready to party lakeside! The Lake Vian Hilltop Run looped course will have you coming through the cheer zone every 1.35 miles. Aid stations every 1.35 miles? Heck, yes! There will be plenty of sugary and salty calories and hydration to keep you going. This time around, more chips than ever! Oh yeah, the actual running/walking part of the course. It’s mixed paved and single track dirt trails that wind through the woods to the hilltop overlooking Lake Vian. It’s 3 loops for the 4 Miler, 10 loops for a generous Half, 20 for a bit over a Marathon, and 23 for a 50K. How hilly is Hilltop? You get 130 feet of elevation gain per loop. So finishing any of the distances is a big deal.
