The Lake Norman Forest Run is one of the most beautiful venues in the South East. Paved winding roads under a green canopy of trees! 

– There is no cut off time for the Lake Norman Forest Run Half Marathon.
– Both courses are on asphalt road – no off road.
– All athletes receive a participation medal.
– Strollers start in the back of the 5K.
– Toddlers under 4 can run / walk with parents for free.
– No pets, firearms or alcohol permitted
