10 min. to the hotel area in Yunokawa hot springs from Hakodate International Airport (80 min. from Tokyo Haneda Airport). 15 min. to T1 from Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto station, 3h57m from Tokyo by Shinkansen. 3 min. walk to Kikonai station from finish and T2.

The two-loop swim takes place in Hakodate Bay, featuring gently sloping shallow waters, scenic coastal views, and a beachside Transition area.
Bike
Athletes will cycle along Hakodate-Esashi express way – no traffic lights, no speed limit! Departing from T1 in Hokuto, embark on a scenic riding along Hakodate-Esashi expressway, culminating in an exciting finish at T2 in Kikonai.

Experience a breathtaking 3 loops of 14km-run course through picturesque countryside of Kikonai. Mostly flat run course through stunning countryside landscapes with the grand finale at the Kikonai Town Hall.
