Swim
The 1.9 km rectangular swim course begins with a 100-meter swim towards the first red buoy, where participants turn left and swim 800 meters. They turn right on the next red buoy, swim 50 meters, and turn right again, swimming 800 meters. Finally, they turn right one last time and swim 150 meters towards the exit, heading to the transition area for the bike leg.

The 90 km 3-loop counterclockwise bike course will start along Davao City Coastal Road (Bago Esplanade).

Run
The 21.1 km 2-loop counterclockwise run course begins upon exiting the transition area (Bago Esplanade) on the Davao City Coastal Road. Participants will head towards MacArthur Highway, turn left and head south using the seaside lane heading towards Toril.
Turnaround is along McArthur Highway at KM 5.4 (just a few meters after JFI Bldg.), Participants will head back towards the direction of the Coastal Rd.
Participants will turn right on Davao City Coastal Rd and proceed to turnaround 2 along Davao City Coastal Rd at KM 10.8 (across Bago Aplaya Esplanade) and start the second loop. After completing 2 loops, participants will head back to the Davao City Coastal Road. Turn right on Davao City Coastal Road. Right on Davao City Coastal Road service road to the finish line.
