The feature a a single loop 1.9km (1.2-mile) swim in the Passaúna Reservoir.
Bike
Athletes will begin the bike course by accessing Av. dos Pinheirais until reaching PR-423 highway at km 7.8 of the course, continuing along it to the first return at km 28.6, and returning on the same route until km 42.5. This entire section will be closed to athletes. The race will then continue through the municipality of Araucária until athletes pass T1 again at the Passaúna Reservoir, at km 64.5 of the course. In this section, from km 42.5 to km 64.5, age group athletes will not be allowed ride using the aerobars. The road will be clearly marked with information indicating the start and end of this restriction. At km 65, athletes will be directed toward Curitiba, entering the city at km 70 of the course. From there, they will proceed to T2 at Barigui Park, where they will complete the bike course, which has a total elevation gain of 1,119 m.
Run
The 21.1km run course offers a dynamic and immersive experience for athletes, weaving through the lush greenery and scenic paths of Parque Barigui. Runners will experience the motivating energy from supportive crowds at finish line.
