Run through scenic New England neighborhoods and experience the second year of this event as it is sure to become a bucket list destination for athletes. Set in Middlebury, Connecticut, this event is quickly gaining popularity for its course and scenic New England sites.

The swim takes place in beautiful Lake Quassapaug. The course is a triangular shape. Starting and finishing on the shore of Quassy Beach, athletes will swim in a clockwise motion with righthand turns. This is one of the most beautiful and clean lakes in all of New England. Fed by over200 springs, water temperatures are around 70 degrees on race day. This will be a rolling start swim where athletes will self seed based on your approximate and appropriate swim times.
