Into the Woods Trail Run Lizella, GA   Sep 26, 2026

Come run through the woods at Camp Martha Johnston! The Girl Scouts have owned and operated this peaceful 165-acre camp in Crawford County since 1925. The route will include trails with hills, dirt, sand, mud, gravel, roots, and bridges. And camp isn’t complete without fireside s’mores! 

The run is being hosted by CMJ’s Adopt A Camp team–volunteers consisting of moms, dads, grandparents, responsible older scouts, and former campers. We handle carpentry, painting, and all-around upkeep.

All proceeds from the Into the Woods Trail Run go toward supporting Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia, empowering young girls to build courage, confidence, and character as they learn new skills, make lasting friendships, and become leaders in their communities.
