Hullabaloo 50K Ultramarathon & Relay (fka Steep Canyon 50K)

The Hullabaloo 50K Ultramarathon & Relay (fka Steep Canyon 50K) is a boutique mini festival that has been a well kept Western NC secret for runners and music lover’s alike, but the word is getting out!!!

Take on the challenge of a 10.4ish mile trail loop with single track and over 1,600 feet of elevation gain per loop. Start and Finish at the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. The beautiful trail route goes up into Dupont forest and returns. There will be 3 Full aid stations, plenty to eat and drink, and WNC’s finest volunteers! All distances are approximate because the measuring wheel does not do well on mountain terrain.

Presented by Oskar Blues Brewery and CAN’D AiD Foundation, all proceeds raised by Hullabaloo will benefit CAN’D AID Foundation which is the non-profit side of Oskar Blues Brewery and is a public charity dedicated to giving back and makin’ a difference.

Friday we’ll have a 50K 3 loop course, a 3 person relay option, a 0.0 mile club (for non runners who want to support the charity and receive benefits including food and beverage throughout the Hullabaloo music festival), live music, beer, food trucks, and camping! We always have amazing bands!
