Run through the downtown city streets of Muskegon during the Unity weekend. Many runners achieved their personal BEST times on this flat, fast track with nearly all turns being right handed. As a bonus, see the City of Muskegon’s evolution unfold before your eyes as you pass by in awe of the gorgeous new buildings and the backdrop of Muskegon’s rich architecture from the Lumber Baron era.

As an added bonus, the HEY 5K is the same weekend as the Unity Music Festival at Heritage Landing. The Unity Festival is Michigan’s premier 4-day festival with rides and games for the kids and multiple stages with big-name acts all 4 days. The festival draws an average 60 thousand fans each year.
