The Hartselle Half Marathon course follows an extensive loop that starts and finishes at the beautiful Quail Creek Golf Resort and Convention Center. Located just on the outskirts of Hartselle, Quail Creek is quietly tucked away in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and is one of North Alabama’s best kept secrets. Runners will follow a route that winds through the rural and picturesque countryside of Morgan County. The course features nice fast flats with a few gentle hills along the way. Smooth asphalt is the running surface for this course which takes you along well maintained county roads.
