The Grand Forks Running team welcomes you to another year of summer fun! Experience summer in our city like never before with a fun-filled weekend of events:

Friday at 6 PM – Beach Party 5K
Saturday at 7 AM – 10 Mile and 10K

Join us for the races and stick around downtown for the fun, music, and special extras at this must-see event! Profits will be donated to the wonderful charities we have supported for the last 10 years.
