WHAT: The Friendship Community Run, Walk & Wheel for Capabilities. Friendship Community is a Christian ministry cultivating capabilities of Individuals with Intellectual Disability and Autism in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties of south-central Pennsylvania since 1972 … 53 Years!
WHERE: The course will loop through Landis Homes and finish back at the starting line. Off busy public roads, approx. 100 yards gravel, remaining route – paved. 10K will repeat 5K course. Alternate optional 1 mile paved course for walkers/wheelers (not eligible for awards). (Note: Due to possible local construction, course modifications may be necessary.)

Race planning and execution were awesome, the course was run on a variety of surfaces, which I love, and the goody bag contained several awesome surprises!
