Fred von der Heydt Memorial 6 Hour 60th Birthday Run West Babylon, NY   Sep 27, 2026

This run is for everyone and for all ages! Run or walk as many or as few miles as you like! Individual runners, and Male, Female and Coed teams of four runners and teams of six runners compete to cover the most mileage.

This is done over a 1.50 mile loop at Belmont Lake State Park which means an aid station every 1.50 miles and the party goes on through the duration of the event!

There is plenty of post relay food and drink with none of the logistical hassle!

This year’s run also honors the memory of Nick Palazzo and Bob Sherman.
