Fleet Feet Spring Fling 5 Mile Lawrence, KS   Mar 9, 2025

The Fleet Feet Spring Fling 5-mile course is a flat & fast route that takes in the super scenic Lawrence Rotary Arboretum and Paved Trail leading to the Clinton Lake Dam. We’ll start on the road for a quarter mile before getting on the wide sidewalk trail that goes around the Arboretum lakes and water fountains and then get on the wide paved trail leading to the dam. At the 2.5 mile mark, we’ll turn around to head back on this out & back course.

The 1-mile family fun run/walk course takes in the most scenic parts of the Arboretum. We’ll start on the road for a quarter mile before getting on the wide sidewalk trail that goes around the Arboretum lakes and water fountains and then take a short cut back to the finish. Super flat and super scenic!
