120km: The new benchmark ultra in the Paris region
Designed for ultra-trailers looking for a challenge, the 120km Trail is the latest addition to the EcoTrail Paris. This exceptional course crosses the forests, hillsides and paths of western Paris, with a remarkable passage through the heart of the Vallée de Chevreuse and its emblematic châteaux. It’s a unique adventure, culminating in a majestic finish at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, on the Pont d’Iéna.
80km: The flagship distance of the EcoTrail Paris
The 80km Trail is the historical distance of the EcoTrail Paris since 2008. With a unique finish line af the Eiffel Tower to reward finishers, this relatively flat race course invites runners to discover atypical sites located west of the Île-de-France region. It is also a good way of starting your (ultra) trail season.
45km: Run like a king
Starting in the gardens of the Palace of Versailles and ending at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower, the 45km Trail is a good opportunity to take things a step further for those who finished the 30km Trail in the previous editions. This nature race course can also be a great transition for marathon enthusiasts who want to switch to medium-distance trail running.
35km: A milestone for trail runners looking for a challenge
More technical and demanding than the Trail 30km, the Trail 35km is aimed at runners ready to take things to the next level. With its undulating trails, forest sections and faster-paced profile, it offers an authentic trail experience in the heart of western Paris. An intense adventure corwned by a finish in a unique setting: the Observatoire de Paris-PSL in Meudon, with a breathtaking view of the capital.
30km: The most popular race course
Starting on the terrace of the Observatory of Meudon (usually closed to the public) and ending at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower, the 30km Trail is a good way of learning all the particularities of a trail race (dealing with distance, elevation, mental strength and food resources). This nature race course is perfect for those who finished the 18km Trail in the previous editions and for half marathon runners who want to switch to trail running.
20km: A smooth course for beginners
Starting in the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud and ending on the terrace of the Observatory of Meudon (usually closed to the public), the 20km Trail is a great way of discovering trail running, with a course set in a fully green environment, accessible to all and challenging runners to some nice inclines.
10km: Introduction to the EcoTrail Paris® trail
Above all, this route is an opportunity for everyone to discover the sport and the atmosphere of trail running. It’s a distance that’s suitable for beginners to running.
