The first 3-1/2 miles are straight up hill. I was running a good race all the way up to mile 9 then my left calf got really tight. Then next 5 miles were down hill with a few uphills. I walked some and stopped to stretch my calf just to finish. There was no finisher medal which sucked. The flies were so bad I was constantly trying to swat them away. Not a good finish but I finished.
