Race area well marked, and enjoyed the run. This race is great for the beginner for a 5K, smooth easy roads, a bit of incline and just plain fun. Hats off to the organization for their “Running Start” program (for women that are just beginning to run. Each woman is matched with a coach/motivator who will encourage and motivate the beginner). Wish I found this organization alot sooner, but I can say that this organization really DID change me from a walker to a runner in 9 weeks. This organization has 2 races: 5K and 13 miles. Each year the number of participants grows, and that’s why I think that this race will bring out the best in all participants
