Experience the iconic rolling hills of Cherrylake’s 1,000 acre farm with this unique race, located right outside of Clermont, Florida. The clay running terrains traverse natural lakes and endless rows of trees, and the cycling event connects to the eminent Cherry Lake Road course. Choose from either a duathlon, 5k or 10k. Connect with nature and participate in this unique race, while getting an extra dose of oxygen.
We will have water available before the race and at several aid stations on the course. Each finisher will receive accurately chip-timed results, a custom medal, a 2022 race gift, and post-race food.
In honor of each participant, Cherrylake will donate a tree to be planted in a protected conservation area to be enjoyed for many generations to come. All proceeds will benefit a non-profit.
The 10K is 6.2 miles of scenic and breath-taking views. Run through tree-lined rows, take in the views of our natural lakes, and battle the challenging, uphill clay roads. This race is challenging, so be prepared.
Or enjoy a 5k run or walk throughout the farm. Geared towards beginners, children and families, and those who just want to train. This 3.1 mile long trail is timed, but we won’t blame you if you go at your own pace just to soak in the farm views.
DUATHLON: Run – Bike – Run. Feel the burn by starting off with a 5K, continuing on bike through our winding street roads for 20 kilometres, and back on the trail for a 2.5k to the finish. It will be intense, but crossing the finish line will be an accomplishment worth bragging about.
