Carpet Capital 10 Miler & 5K

The beloved Carpet Capital 10 Miler is Georgia’s fastest 10 mile road race and covers a beautiful, scenic, rural course in northwest Georgia. Using the original out-and-back course on the scenic Old Prater’s Mill Road and McGaughey Chapel Road, the race will begin at Varnell Elementary, traveling down Prater’s Mill Road, before turning left on Old Prater’s Mill Road and proceeding along most of McGaughey Chapel Road, finally turning around and re-following the course to the start/finish line.
